Imagine taking over someone's duty. Were told, "Don't worry. We're here to support" then....

The one who told me not to worry Mr GM. Suddenly came to me and literally "F" me! Why? Because i had raised 1 Po. And he told me i should consolidate my orders before placing them.

But today was only my 2nd day. I was not aware of the past orders. And he was the one who had rushed me to create the Po quickly YESTERDAY!!
He even gave a passing remark that i was not alert enough and that i had no initiative :( harsh words.. No, i was blaming myself.

10mins later..
The previous orders arrives!
Noooo... Nope no apologies..
The orders were made 2weeks back. And it arrives in 2 different awb.
Again, i was alerted, voice raising included with the finger pointing (literally). I kept quiet.

A visitor came. Its more of our FAA DER engineer. He called me. I was about to greet him but was sent off like a cow (hand gestures incl.) and a raising voice telling me to go back to my work. I kept quiet and nodded.
15minutes after. My boss came. Attended to our guest.

Because he was late. My work got held up. Approvals are only given from him and i finally got to knock off at 8pm. The GM, he left early. Just before we left the office.
Mr Boss said he was disappointed with me. Because I didn't came in to introduce myself to the visitors and sit with him to attend to the visitors.
Yeah.. I was like.. Huh????????
I kept quiet. And *blank*
All i could managed was to istigfar in my heart.

Please ya Allah, forgive me. Please make my daily work, chores, life, family and friends, a happy and good memories.

I found my substitude for bosh hob the one with cast iron and stainless steel body. And better still at almost half of its price yeayness! :)

Ok now i'm left to find a hood. We prefer the slim ones rather than the big chimney types. But its absorbtion is one thing to keep in mind. The slim ones tend to have a suction power of abt 500 and less. Im not interested with the telescopic type as it seems too fragile. Ive been advised to get at least 800 power. As we do alot of "frying, rendanging, and sambal-tumising" so 500 is a no no!
I don't want my cabinets to be oily too soon. Sadly i hv not found any slim ones thats more than 500. So the search is still on.

I think its better to have non than lesser power with a top cabinets. Non, meaning no top cabinets ard the cooking area. Just like Dee mak's kitchen. I'm open for that.

Still open for ideas and advices.
I don't want to rush.

If we decides on a chimney it'll be the hob and hood package from mayer. Cheaper. Seriously, its mid range so don't compare to turbo. I've seen thhe high end ones. Beyond words.

The 2 combined combo price i can't even get a hob!

I am torn between choices. One of which if i should or not have a build in oven and microwave.

Yes! Because i have a space constrained, short and small kitchen, i do heavy baking and i occasionally have some rotisserie projects.

No! Because its a want? Maybe.
I'm worried if i go too way off my budjet. Im feeling guilty that my area is costing the most!

One moment, i know, i should! I'm sure and then the next thing i know i'm saying i shouldn't and not to waste money.

Ya Allah. Have pity on me. I'm so fickle and undecisive. I'm worried.
Please guide us in making the right choice.

Anyway, below i have compiled some links for kitchen appliances.

Im sharing and i don't mind. I've spent months of research and I'm liking Bosh for a hob. About 60" comes with 3 burners, one for a wok, stainless steel and cast iron (because i prefer it cast iron and stainless steel) but it's $949.00!!

How about those glass hobs? It's nice, easy cleaning some say, but i dont think so. Logically, i think oily stainless steel is easier to wipe off than glass. And its more durable.

I'm still open for other option thou. But my cut-off hob length has to be 75" no more.

I'll list down my choices in time to come. But for now, let me fret and guilt and fickle till I'm sure enough that I've made my best-fits-me decision.

As much as i want. I must reconsider. Between my wants, needs and affordability. Its not easy. Sometimes your judgement gets clouded and you're blinded enough to think that a want is a need. I guess it is harmless to go just a little bit off. Each must see to each's own best fit. So I must not compare. I hope for his guidance and Insyallah i hope to be rationale enough. For a start. If i could describe how wet my heart is. It'll be like the Thailand flood. I am feeling emo right now. I wish i could drown myself with a buffet or a large plate of steak or a big bowl of Illyyas mom's home made super hot Tom yum soup. Or just go under my blanket and disappear.. Thanks to mami.. I am reminded of my faith, to istigfar to remember, that ONLY HE can comfort me when no one else can. InsyAllah.

It not my rezeki yet, Insyallah one day, Amin.

Last Saturday my "auntie" came after making me fret for 3, almost 4 weeks.
I am still nausea and giddy till today, and I just don't know why.

The "Axe brand, oil" is my newly found best friend and anything sweet and/or sour is my latest crave.
At this moment, Super Hot and Spicy Tom Yam is on my top list.

N the lift at my office broke down. climbing many steep steps to reach the eighth storey is no joke. I almost fainted at fifth and my knees are all wobbly at seventh and when I've finally reached the top, I seriously felt like puking. Now I am a sweaty, "masham" and giddy. Thanks eh~

I need to make myself healthy again. By eating right, enough sleep and since I am not allowed to do any cardio for the moment, I am going to see my "makcik urut" more frequent.

Tk best, maybe financially still short and still needs time to save more, but Allah is great, Insyallah. Maybe we'll get the keys but we won't be renovating straight away, maybe we hold on 1st till our funds are enough
If possible, no bank loan or maybe just 50% bank loan, maybe 100% loan. This is all in plan mode, it can change anytime.

But early or not we are still grateful. Alhamdulillah... Thank you.

I don't know where to start now that it had been so long since i've written anything down.

What have i been up to?

Nothing much i guess, just work. My work has been very draining. Many times i had to stay late, clocking out at 7-8pm.

I'm like a purchaser cum sales cum repair admin cum customer service.

Stressed that the sales expectation of me had not been met. I'm confused, as i still have no idea WTH my boss wants from me. He kept changing his mind, thou he has been nice and generous at guiding me.

I'm at that mid section again.

I kept thinking, could have things turned out better if i was not retrenched, or if only I had passed my RES paper.

I'm down again today, with fever and possible food poisoning. Falling ill certainly didn't help my helpless feeling at all.

Maybe i think and worry too much that i forget to focus.

Ya this Ms Buchuk got a problem to keep focus.

I'm easily distracted and disheartened when im tired and if things did not go my way.

Dark and Gloomy.

I can't say why, because I am not sure of its actual root cause.
My bubble was stretched and it burst;

Nothing seems right. Keep on falling sick forgetting.

One-by-one, I crumble myself into the dark abyss within me; falling endlessly to nowhere; scared as I don't know when, I'll hit the hard ground; hopeful to find a soft mattress under me, to wake up from this nightmare.

I miss my grandmas I miss "Mak & Nenek" BADLY.
On times like this, memories of their hugs; their loving-fragrant-common nenek-nenek scent of "Holiday on ice". I was 15 years old, and was still cradled by "Mak" when things has gone wrong, she just cradles them away. I was her youngest granddaughter and "Nenek's" eldest. I was loved. I felt loved.
I remembered how "Nenek" would brush my hair for an hour, and the practically soaked my head in MBR oil, grumbling every time i color my hair
.
I can't sleep. Even if I've tried hard enough, hp off or not, snug into bed early, room all dark & cozy, empty or full stomach, shower or no shower. Sadness, sorrowful, teary and "EMPTY". It has been weeks. I've brushed it all aside, put on make up to fool myself into believing things are always bright and chirpy. Tired but still pull, gather and drag myself up.

Stretched the bubble tight; and what was that they say? ; words could either heal or kill you?
I was wounded.

Emotional; YES.
unfortunately, "Giving up" is not an option. It is forbidden.

Ya Allah, the merciful, forgiving, kind, loving, generous........................
I know I've been asking a lot of things.
Truthfully, I don't know what I want, I don't know what I need, I don't know if I can, I don't know How/Why/When..........
Please don't test me beyond my capabilities. I don't know many things. I don't even know if I want to know them or I need to or I have to.
I'm not even a dumb blond. (even dumb blonds are beautiful but I'm fat)
I'm breaking into a godzillion pieces; My heart is weeping
Emotionally and psychically all weak now.
If I'm supposed to find my own way, please give me a map or "GTA" or better still some food and materials to build a home and settle myself in comfort while waiting for the rescue team.

My diet.

Me being myself, its almost normal to feel hungry every 2 hours.
Lucky me I'm not much of a sweet tooth person.
I'll just go scavenging for proper hot food.

Imagine this; If I'm a sweet-tooth-fairy-god-mother, I think I can't fly and one of my wings would be clipped due to diabetic complications.

My definition of "proper hot food"
= includes rice! if not, noodles! super big bowl of soup with loads of veges, fungus, mushrooms and tofu! if not plenty of vegetables and meat/fish.

I not a fan of chicken.
I pick my fish.
I eat ALMOST all veg. hehe (no carrots, cauliflowers, peas)

I love RED MEATS! beef, lamb, mutton, I love them all!!! muahahaha

So mixed vegetable is a NO NO *shakes head* I hate the smell and it's after taste, they even ruined the actual good taste and smell of the corns too. So I won't eat the corns from a mix-veges pack.

My favorite quick meal would be "Mi-Maggie" curry flavored.
Due to health reasons, I have to chop it off my regular diet.

Imagine me, having instant brown rice beverage.
I almost puke at the thought of it at 1st.
I felt like, I'm being babied, cereals are for babies!

One day, I'm hungry at work again, watching my weight, I drank Milo and let my tummy relax a bit and continued with my work.

Later I found myself shaking again, scrambling for food I found myself to choose between having a chocolate biscuit or the brown rice drink. I picked the biscuit.

Disappointed! "lau-hong", I glance at my brown rice drink, I can't take this hunger. I went ahead to make the drink.

This drink takes some time to actually dissolve, such a pain, I'm already famished and still need to stir longer, chey~

Finally, my first sip. Ermmmm~ not bad eh, then another and another and before I realized it, bottoms up, I'm done! Usually It takes me forever to finish a small cup of oatmeal, I didn't mind this one.

And that how it begun, now I'm having brown rice drink every morning.

I've benefited it. I found myself better at easing myself in the morning, I rarely have a constipated problem thou but now its the "more satisfied" feeling. :p

I didn't find myself rushing urgently for lunch anymore. :) I no longer feel my portion is not enough anymore.
I felt more satisfied with the normal people 1 portion. (my servings was usually 2-3 persons portion).

Thats why I "Fei -Fei-gumok but "sui-sui"

I'm only an overweight-cannot-fly-fairy-god-mother. LOL

Now, just by having my drink in the morning, and lesser lunch, still, I no more need to rush home feeling like fainting due to hunger.

Wah! So good! It even makes you feel relaxed, calming after effect.

Except for the calming effect. I'm loving it. I'm now sleepy/stoned 24/7

My tum-tum hurts, feeling bloated with wind. I endlessly burp and often accidentally fatrted with a deadly stench.

Giving highest credit to BB and it's runner-up to the manager who sat beside me =) Sorry guys, can't help it.

I was down with stomach flu after dinner at F.I.S.H, and I still think its them, thou BB said otherwise.
2 days M.C was not enough, still suffering from gas leakage and uneasy tummy.

Despite the tum-tum feeling like a *beep*, I~ still want my Thanksin Beef Noodles.

All other food has lost its taste and right now I really really really want my noodles. =(

Saturday is the promised date.

1. There is a button 'Start' but there is no 'Stop' button. I request you to please check this.

2. One doubt is, whether any 'Re-scooter' is available in system...? Because I find only 'Re-cycle', as I own only a scooter.

3. I recently learnt 'Microsoft Word', now I want to learn 'Microsoft Sentence'. So, when will you provide that?

4. There is 'Microsoft Office', but what about 'Microsoft Home' since I use this at home only.

5. One personal question, how is it that your name is 'Gates' but you are selling 'Windows' instead of 'Doors'...??!!

Last Sunday, I was rushed to A&E @ CGH for vomitting non-stop like a merlion.
And I was put on drip. I lost track on how long I was at the hospital but it must have been long.
I had some viral- gastric-flu which may be the cause of my vomitting that resulted in my hit-the-celling BP of 183!!!
Or it could also be that my BP was SO high that I got dizzy and started puking till i cant even take in water that caused me to have a gastric..
I'm not sure.. So was the Docs..
and I am still not under medications, I had antibiotics, gastric pills and paracetamols, pathetic, I know~
And no BP medications because, I am still too young to be under medications, they say.
But its 183!! what is there to observe? It has been years and I am still under observation??
Am I some guinea pig or what?!
All because a BP of 150 is normal to me and I feel healthy and bubbly.
If its 175 then only the spinning starts. My endurance for pain is that high meh~
NAH~ *U noe, I noe, I'm a cry baby*
I think its because they've found out that I am very paranomal, and assumed that I am an exterritorial being from another planet. Maybe they think I'm "V"

OK, lately the nausea feeling is back.

Along with a series terrible hunger pangs through out day and sleeping hours
(I'll wake up to eat at 3am!!!.)
plus, the night time hourly visits to the loo
(day time too, I pee a lot lately HOKEY~).
.
As a result, I'm exhausted. Scared to drink too much but I'm always thirsty!!! *HuWAaaaaH*

I don't want to think that I might be pregnant, I don't want to end up disappointed.
But who won't get excited (at that time) when my period was late for almost 3 weeks.

Now, I cant say. My menses just ended 2 weeks ago, so that out of the idea.

Maybe its the coming of age, My 2's turning 3's in 10 months.
(but that's almost a year, quite a long way to go, right~)
.
I'm always tired, always sleepy and always hungry. I'm worried if i don't control myself I might put on another 10KG and will have a hard time to enter a car! or even worse, I would transmit a sourish sweaty smell that will turn people's stomach inside-out and I didn't even realise that I've become like that.

I'm self conscious, paranoid and crazy.

But I keep on forgetting my own self reminders every time I got hungry.
My hunger signal sends off :
*STARVING-MUST EAT MORE-DYING-EAT SOME MORE*

So now, I'm taking Vit C and Zinc to keep me going.

I'll try to eat more veges and I need to exercise!!

Now, come to think of it, I have not been exercising since I've become MRS.

I have not visited the spa too.

I am too focus to save up more money for our future (house/babies/car).

Must chill sikit ar. Holiday is out-of-the-question.

Maybe go fishing? Prawning? Movies? meet up with Gheik, Din, Ben & Adik?
Picnic!! Zoo?? Bird Park? Tree-top walk? SHOPPING!!

Can't wait for hubby's birthday chalet on November.

I was just thinking..
HDB was supposed to give us 1st timers more chances right.
But we've tried twice and still no flat for us. We're already married, its not like we are still engaged or what.
And it seems like those in fiance scheme, has better luck than ours.
Now, we are trying for the balance flats, our pick is in Punggol area.
I heard the earliest date for the keys is going to be November, and the ballot results will be out in November too.
Now, if you were to think about it, that's about two months later, and its too early for us to save enough for our basic renovation needs.
I have the feeling that its going to be like my love life, no where visible then suddenly its here and rushing. But what ever it is, I am still thankful that it happened. Alhamdulillah.
Thou, I do wish to be more secure financially. Mentally if you were to think about it, to wait would be better right, I thought so too. But sometimes, things just happen and you just follow the flow even thou deep in mind we might have other plans. We plan, by Allah's will only than things can happen. Its not up to us to decide when, how and where. But we choose, Yes or No - to happen or not.

I have been feeling bloated and nausea.

I suddenly developed a weird taste in food too. I suddenly like cooked soft carrots.
I cant finished a whole plate of Humus even though I have not eaten the whole day, and I can't swallow due to the fact that I find the taste and smell kinda weird but hubby said it was fine.

I finished a whole plate full, of super-sour young mangoes and buah kweenee with asam boi (according to everybody including Ibu aka the queen of jeruks at home)... I thought it was very tasty and sweet sey~ not sour at all!
Hubby didnt even dare to try!

I've been craving and eating chocolates at work every day! Always sleepy.
dispite being busy, sometimes I just fell asleep while typing., and found out later I've typed a whole screen of "SSSSSSSSSSS..." and "lllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll..." on 2 seperate occasions.

This week it just got worse!

On Monday I puke out the whole morning and I suddenly can't stand the smell of people cooking (some times only), smelling cooked food is fine but not when its the in-process thing but when I cook myself OK pulak.

Trying to control the sudden urge to vomit would just make my head twirl and I'm left with heavy feeling.
Yesterday, my whole body aches, I was practically a working zombie at work. On the way home, while I was climbing up the stairs, I suddenly developed a superwoman sense of smell, I could smell someone frying onions and I have to endure the stench all the way to my home gate only to find out that it's my Ibu cooking. Once I entered my home I had to hold my breath till I entered my room.

Today, I puke again! and my head is heavy..
I can't be pregnant! I'm sure!
The 1st day of my last menses was the 22 May and since mine is a 28 day cycle the next due date should be somewhere 20th June.
So they say two weeks can check right? I've checked yesterday, Its negative. Its 2 weeks before my menses, It should be OK right? not too early to check right. 2 weeks should be fine.
*now I'm confused*

Maybe I didn't have enough sleep. Maybe I'm tired. Maybe I'm catching a flu bug. Maybe my BP is high!

Maybe I should not worry too much. Its not that I am looking forward or planning for it. Its just that, I didn't think about it, till the idea of "I might be pregnant" got very scary.
Hubby wants it next year Insyallah, by Allah's will, not now but wouldn't mind if it still happens.

So, I've set it all up in my head and have been telling myself its going to be next year, if now how? I'm scared.

OMG. This is the most horrifying and disgusting thing I have ever seen in my life.

“The Baby Soup is called in the local jargon ‘Spare Rib Soup’ and is not available on a daily basis.

The reporter who originally wrote the article in Chinese said that he had to wait a couple of weeks until a baby was available.

A town in the southern province of Canton (Guangdong) is now on trend taking baby herbal soup to increase overall health and stamina and the power of sexual performance in particular.

A factory manager was interviewed and he testified that it is effective because he is a frequent customer.

It is a delicacy whereby expensive herbs are added to boil the baby with chicken meat for eight hours of boiling and steaming.

This heinous crimes rise from the fact that majority of Chinese people prefer to have male babies and the poor families end up selling their female babies.

He pointed to his second wife next to him , who is 19 (he is 62), and testified that they have sex everyday.
After waiting for a couple of weeks he took this reporter to the restaurant when he was informed by restaurant Manager that the spare rib soup (local code for baby soup)was now available .

This time it was a couple who have 2 daughters and this 3rd one was confirmed to be a daughter again. So the couple aborted the baby which was 5 months old.

Those baby close to be born and die naturally costs 2000 in China currency. Those aborted ones cost a few hundreds in China Currency. Those couples who did not want to sell dead babies, placentas can be accepted also for couple of hundreds.

The reporter making comment that is this the problem arised from Chinese being taking too much attention in health or is the backfire when China introduced one child in a family policy (since majority prefers to have male babies and those poorer families need ended up selling their female babies.

I am lost!!
2 weeks off from work and I'm lost.

Today is the 1st time I went to work from Clementi.
I left home before 6:00 reaches at Jurong East MRT at 6:15 and nobody familiar is there!

I stayed, looked around and left at 6:28, took the MRT all the way to Tampines and had 37 to Changi North at 7:38 finally, reaches work at 8:08, LATE!! by 8 minutes!

I left before 6:00 and I am late! I can't believe it.
Confidently, I believed that I was really late and the bus must have left at 6:15, guess what!

I was TOO early! the bus comes only at 6:50!!

I AM LATE FOR BEING TOO EARLY!!

I'm speechless..

Power lah! the staff are super friendly and helpful always jumpy and ready to help.
Especially when they found out that we are Muslims immediately they spoke to us in "kelantan-malay"
the food are fabulous. the plus side to the hotel is the food spread are halal and the chef is a Muslim guarantee it, however jangan was-was jer lah as they still serves alcohol and had an out casted section of pork items. We had buffet breakfast throughout our stay and I love it!

Adventure:
We went island hopping to Phi Phi island, Maya beach and a few other island that i can't remember their names. snorkeling was great ( Its my 1st time great experience) the clear blue sea fish swimming near me, corals (I'm so jakun)

The intermittent lunch buffet on one of the islands was superb! and Its Halal! the caterers and waitresses are all Muslims, wearing hijabs & speaking "kelantan Malay". The white seafood-tom-yam, Masyallah~ I love it!

We were told thou before hand that this is a Muslim restaurant and informed strictly not to consume alcohol. But there were a handful of very defiant French, claimed to be Muslims people who uses the cups served at the restaurant to drink alcohol. Our table was directly facing it and we saw everything.

What we saw later had left us very good impression of the Muslims Thais.

The Thais didn't create a scene by approaching the French but instead, letting them have their way.
As soon as the French were done, they delicately handled all the used set from the French to the back of the restaurant and not mixing them with the rest.

Normally the used utensils, cups & plates are all placed into one large basin.
For that, both Shuk and me were very impress. *SUPERB*

Overall the experience was marvelous and looking forward to go again Insyallah, when more rezki comes and if Allah permits.

There are a lot of problems that can cripple or fatally wound a marriage, whether it's just starting or yet to come. Here are some of the common ones:

Relying on Feelings Rather Than Commitment

Romantic feelings come and go, and many spouses get nervous when the flame dies down. They begin to doubt their relationship and wonder if they married the wrong person. A lot of those misgivings are fuelled by the media, which says any successful relationship must run on high-octane passion.

You're setting yourself up for disappointment if you think marriage will be one long, steamy love scene. Sometimes it's pure commitment and persistence that keeps a marriage together. In all marriages there are times when the tingle of romance fades. At those times, commitment is the force that pulls you through.

Being Selfish Rather Than Giving

In today's world, there are a lot more takers than givers. When two givers do get together, their marriage is usually fantastic. When a giver and a taker marry it's usually lopsided, out of whack and full of trouble. And the marriage of two takers can crash and burn within a matter of months. Selfishness will damage a marriage, but giving will solidify it.

Letting Your Eyes and Heart Wander

There's an old song that said, "I keep a close watch on this heart of mine. I keep my eyes wide open all the time. I keep the ends loose for the tie that binds. Because you're mine, I walk the line." You know that's an old song, since the idea of loyalty doesn't crop up in lyrics much anymore.

In geography class you may have learned about continental drift, where huge "plates" of earth move slowly and imperceptibly in opposite directions.

The same thing happens in a lot of marriages. The shift is often so subtle that one day the partners wake up and say "I don't really know who you are anymore."

How can you keep from drifting? By talking regularly, setting mutual goals for your marriage, planning the future together, playing together, cultivating shared interests and fanning the flame of romance.

Giving in to Sexual Infidelity

The media have done us a great disservice by making a big joke out of affairs and unfaithfulness. By watching TV and movies, you'd think that everybody is hopping from bed to bed — and it's no big deal. The truth is, however, that sexual infidelity is one of the primary causes of divorce. Even those marriages that do survive infidelity are greatly damaged.

Here are some things you can do to stay out of that trap:

Know the truth. Maximum sexual fulfillment comes in a committed marriage relationship. So if you really want the best, don't cheat. You'll be cheating yourself as well as your spouse.
Build your emotional closeness. The better you get along with each other, the better your sex will be and the less tempting other people will be.
Confide in your spouse rather than an opposite-sex friend. Becoming emotionally intimate makes sexual unfaithfulness an easy step. Most affairs begin as an innocent friendship.
Guard your thoughts. Don't risk fantasizing about other romantic attachments. Your actions will tend to follow your thoughts.

Listening to the Marriage Cynics

These days, a lot of people put down marriage, like the comedian who said, "I never knew what real happiness was until I got married – but by then it was too late." Or the talk show host who quipped, "Marriage is a great institution, but I'm not ready for an institution yet." In fact, you've probably had friends say "Why would you want to get married?"

Don't listen to the sceptics. Good marriages bring fun and laughter and meaning to life. Even after three decades, my wife and I still have a blast being together. Our love is like a thousand violins playing Tchaikovsky (for you it might be electric guitars or drums). It's the thrill of shared experiences, building memories and facing new challenges. And it's so much more!

Still, I can't emphasize this enough – marriage takes hard work and commitment. With divorce so rampant today, many young couples enter marriage with one eye on the exit door. But it takes an unwavering commitment – not giving yourself an out – to keep a marriage healthy and thriving. It's choosing to be kind and giving and courteous and affectionate and affirming. That choice is the glue that will hold you together. Even when the adrenaline rush is gone and the music fades, the love will live on.

The nikah attire is supposed to be a dress that i have not seen.

Yes, *nod..nod* a dress.

Turqoise at the bottom that comes up turning into a pink and turns white right at the top.

Bertandang 1st attire will be in a fuschia pink songket and then later a white gown or an indian lengga.

I can only confirm by March about the nikah attire and the last attire as for now the fuschia pink songket is confirmed. Weddingku is gonna make one new one for me! yeay! can't wait.

I need wedding shoes!!!

I was thinking of those bling-bling shoes but I'm afraid that it might become a hassle of tug and rip my wedding dress. But then again i may just be crazy enough to wear it, why? i like bling-bling lah.

If not, it'll be those ivory white, satin like, pointed/ open toe, 3 inch shoes.

OK~ Here is the plan...

I still got my brothers to wear pink.. heehee~
In fact, I got my whole family including those from KL to wear pink.

Re-calculating my budget if i got enough to tailor my bride's maids attire.

Will have my simple deco & dais to be in a light-baby-pink & silverish grey.
It may be simple, but i am determined to make it different and SOO SWEET like me.. haha~

I've decided to scrap the idea of LV or GUCCI bag.
I'm going for a KATE SPADE (S$260 jer~) good deal right! and I won't mind.. really~

I am thinking where i am going to sumbat my bride's maid during the to-and-fro journey
I can't just left them on their own to fend for themselves, its a cold and dangerous concrete jungle out there!

The 7 Days Cabbage Soup Diet Plan

Eat as much soup as you desire for seven days and you can lose 10 to 15 pounds. The recipe varies slightly, but includes a variety of low-calorie vegetables such as cabbage, onions, and tomatoes, flavored with bouillon, onion soup mix, and tomato juice. Each day of the seven-day program has specific foods that must be eaten, including potatoes, fruit juice, many vegetables, and on one day, beef.

Day One:
Eat only fruit, all the fruit you want except banana.
Drink unsweetened tea, black coffee, cranberry juice, and water.
Eat as much soup as you like.
Day Two:
All you want - fresh, raw, or cooked vegetables of your choice. Stay away from dry beans, peas, and sweet corn. Reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter for dinner. Eat as much soup as you like but no fruit for today.

Day Three:
Combine days one and two, eat as much fruit, vegetables, and soup, as you like but no baked potato.

Day Four:
Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your desire for sweets.

Day Five:
You may have 10-20 ounces of beef (300-500g) and a large tin or up to six fresh tomatoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once today. You may eat broiled or baked chicken (skinless) instead of beef. If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef.

Day Six:
Eat beef and vegetables today. You can even have two or three steaks if you like, with fresh vegetables or salad. NO BAKED POTATO. Eat your soup at least once.

Day Seven:
Eat all you want of brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices, and vegetables. Be sure to eat your soup at least once to day. No bread, alcohol, or carbonated beverages, not even diet soda.

The moment I step in, I love the place already. Its not easy to find a nice quiet place to dine in anywhere here in Singapore. Not that I'm complaining, I, myself is one of the culprits.
It has become a culture here i guess. "KECOH" wherever!

It was a nice change.

The best seats is of cause at the window. I love the window seats somewhere near to the end but not the last table, I don't want passersby to check out my butt while I dine.

Tables are decorated with a small glass holders with mini candles in it.
They'll lit it up after 6pm or so. Candlelit dinner that won't tear the pockets!

I had my all time favourite, The 350g of T-Bone Steak, the very sedap Fresh Lobster Bisque.

The only down side wasthe service. I had to ask 4 times for my mustard when there wasn't a crowd to begin with. The waiters are "sungguh lembab!!" almost like day dreaming, they all looked like students to me, foreigners, maybe they have yet to pick up our "cepat-cepat" tempo here. But, they were nice and friendly. Improvements needed here!!!

We got warmed up with a bowl of Fresh Lobster Bisque. I personally loves dipping it with the complimentary cruchy and warm garlic bread.
If you happen to get some lobster meat, you are lucky. Sometimes my bowl came in with non but there was once I had loads of them in a bowl! Its only $4.50, So don't bother to complain if you can't find any.*wink*

Very beefy is the right word to describe it. Serves in a Sizzling hot plate, its thick hearty cut of 350g T-Bone Steak together with one whole baked potato, crowned with lots of mayonnaise and decorated with a lot of crunchy bacon bits and freshly chopped spring onions, made me a very satisfied woman!

Sakunthala's fish head curry POWER!!

Food Review: 4 bintang for ther fish head! **** (POWER!!)

Overall nice ambience, abit "kecoh" but its worth it!
Apart from the the super power *gedegak* fish head curry, we got to enjoy "Bollywoood's" MTV on screen! *hows that!*

Thou~ the chapati isn't as great as my all time favourite at "Norris Rd" with a "pakcik" who wears a songkok in a "kadai kopi cina"

Back to the main topic: the fish head curry.
I slurrp it all down till the very last drop. The excelleant taste was not over spiced with the curry powder and I bet instead of using (air asam) they use lemon juice. This I can't confirm thou~
But chunks of lemon slices could be found in the curry and the sour taste differ from the norm.

I love it!

Bottom line is, I was satisfied and definately returning for more in time to come.
